When will my order be shipped?

If you place your order before 15h we ship your package within 24 hours.

Return policy

You are able to return a product within 14 days if this product is in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Shipping costs will be deducted when refunding your purchase.

Great care is taken to ensure that all images and information provided are accurate and as close as possible to the actual item. All orders are also carefully packaged and checked prior to shipping. Do contact us with your request within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve any issues efficiently. If you have any additional questions or problems, please do not hesitate to email us at info@hockeytown.be. We are more than happy to help and will make every effort to respond as soon as possible.

Faulty goods

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it and we will send a new one or you can ask for a credit.

Delivery rates

For Belgium, The Netherlands, and Luxemburg orders above €59 will be free of shipping cost. All clients that place an order below €59 will have to pay an extra €4.95.
