The Vapor 2X Pro is designed specifically for the elite level goaltenders, who are on the ice more than 5 hours a week. It now features a dynamic flex core and 100-degree boot for better overall flexibility and a better fit on the goaltender's foot. The outside skin is made fully made out of C.O.R. Tech ST for enhanced durability But also on the knee and calf plate for better sliding. The next important feature is the Curv Composite in the thigh rise, which brings us extra levels of durability and better ice seal when the goalie is in the butterfly. Bauer also added Aerolite to the calf wing and the Tune Fit Strapping from the 1X Od1in for a better fit overall.
The Monster HAL toe attachment offers the goalies more flexibility and range of motion when they're in their butterfly for a better attack angle.
